Where is your company located?

Symm Design is located in Annapolis, Maryland, USA.

How do I reach customer service?

You can contact us by filling out a contact form here. You can also send a direct email to info@symmdesign.com. Our customer service manager (Kate) will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Why do mock-up images look blurry?

To protect our work, thumbnails and mock-ups are displayed at a lower pixel rate. We use high resolution print files during production and guarantee that your eyes will light up when you receive your order.

Who makes the designs?

Designs are all made in house since 2017. Any custom work can be requested by emailing support@symmdesign.com. You will receive constant feedback, shipping/production time estimates and any additional fees during your initial request. 

Why are the products made to order?

The benefits of having products made to order is that there is no over stock and waste, meaning we don't have to dispose of unsold items into landfills.

Where are the products made?

Because we have such a wide range of product types, we need to source them from different production facilities so we can get the highest quality of every item in our catalog. 

All of our organic cotton products (t-shirts, tanks, sweatshirts, hoodies, sweatpants and terry shorts), metal silhouettes, and drinkware are made in USA. All of our all-over-print cut and sew items (swim trunks, leggings, blankets and all-over print hoodies) are made in China.  

How long will it take to receive my order?

This depends on the item/s you have ordered and the location of where you are ordering to. Because all our items are made to order, there will be a production time of 3-5 business days of when the orders are received. Once the package is shipped it can take 7-14 business days to be delivered, depending on your location.

I have not received my order confirmation?

Sometimes the order confirmation can end up in the junk mail. If you have not received your order confirmation within 24h, please reach out to us so that we can see what may have happened.

I have not received a tracking number yet?

If you have not received your tracking number, it may be because your order is still in the production phase. Because everything is made to order, this requires a 3-5 business day production time. Once the item has been produced it will then be handed off to our shipping partners who will then supply us with a tracking number. This tracking number will be automatically emailed to you.

How can I track my order?

We are committed to supplying every order with a tracking number in order to track the delivery process of the order. Once your package has been sent from our warehouse, you should have received a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking link. Your tracking number can be input into your country's own postal system. If you are signed up for notifications via email or text with your local postal service, you will be notified of the expected delivery date. 

Do I need to pay taxes/VAT for my order?

Some countries may be subject to a customs tax, import fee and/or duty fee, or anything along the same nature. Although we do our best to avoid these extra fees, there may be instances where you will be required to pay extra in order to receive your product at the time of delivery. The fee will be the responsibility of the person making the purchase. Symm Design will not be liable for any additional fees.

What is your return policy?

We always offer exchanges or refunds on all products. You have 30 days to make up your mind after your receive your products. Please see our returns page here for more information on how to go about an exchange or refund.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major credit/debit cards. 

I received an incorrect/damaged item. What should I do?

Please email us directly at support@symmdesign.com, if you have any questions or concerns regarding your return. You will then receive an email with step-by-step instructions on how to return your item and get a replacement sent out. 

The model year for my car is incorrect.

The Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) traditionally release models a few months ahead of other markets.

For simplicity, manufacturer dates for all models will follow USDM manufacture dates, unless model is unique to the JDM or EDM.
