Refund & Shipping Policy

Returns

We have a 120-day return policy, which means you have 120 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 120 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any item not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is considered damaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To start a return, contact us at info@symmdesign.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior approval.

Damages and Product Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We can offer a refund or replacement once the issue is deemed our fault.

US customers have up to 30 days after the shipped date, and international customers have up to 60 days after the shipped date to submit their concerns. For requests made after the respective times, customers must pay the shipping, taxes, and fees associated with the replacement item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What we need to make a replacement order:

  1. Please provide the customer name and email.
  2. Please provide the order number
  3. Please provide picture of wrong/ damaged item.
  4. Please provide the changes necessary to correct/make replacement order, ie: color, size, style, etc.

Once we receive this we will print a replacement product and send it right out!

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or downloadable software products.

 

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@symmdesign.com.

Shipping

  • All products are moved into production 24 hours after ordered. 
  • Please allow 3-7 business days for production and tracking number.
  • Allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
  • If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.

The entire world is still dealing with the repercussions of global shutdowns and supply chain issues. The situation changes on a daily basis. Vigilance and monitoring of the situation daily is the best course of action. Due to these factors, we are not comfortable providing hard deadlines or cut-off dates this holiday season. However, we will be updating the average production time and average delivery time every few days throughout the holiday season.
